Does anyone have any recipes for using TVP?

Libby, if you're making stew, spaghetti, chili or something like that with plenty of liquid, you can just chuck the TVP into it and simmer until done. If you're using chunks and you want to do a stir-fry, then marinate the pieces in whatever suits your fancy--soy sauce, marinade mix--something with vinegar (even ketchup and hot water) seems to make it even more tender. You can also brown the chunks for eye appeal.

I think Lumen Foods has some recipes on their site: soybean.com. They also have those buckets of dinners--goulash, country breakfast, chicken noodle, etc., five of which are reposing under my sofa table. (They represent approximately 1100 meals.)

Thanks, Ray and Old Git. I'll start experimenting!
