Ignore it and it will go away.

It's my day off. My wife's working, the kids are in school, and I've got Dave Matthews cranked up real loud.

Critt,

I know exactly what you mean. But if you are ignoring it, what the hell are you doing posting here???

Hey, while I have you here, I just read your transcript on Cory's site (nice work.) But I couldn't find a reference to exactly what kind of event was taking place. Those were some bigshot .gov-types, and I was wondering the name of the conference /meeting/ event it was. And who else was there?

Thanks for the time you spent on it -- and if you don't get around to responding here for a while, I will surely understand.

Have a great day off. I could use one myself.

Critt, when are you going to send us a CD of this entire Forum?

Cory's report and Critt's transcript are of the September meeting of the Washington D.C. Year 2000 Group. Meetings are held at Fannie Mae Hq. on Wisconsin Ave. in D.C. The latest meeting was held earlier this month and the speakers for that meeting were Carlos Guedes, CIO of InfoDevBank (an arm of the World Bank), and Bruce McConnell, the United Nations Y2k supremo. I will be posting the bit that grabbed me at the meeting.

Thanks, Drac. That's service!

"Critt's transcript"? Clue me in. I only post here and EUY2K.

Maybe I should have written "IF you ignore it..."

Sorry, Critt. I got you confused with Critter.

What a difference an er makes.
