ARE PLAYERS LESS ANXIOUS IN COMPETITION THAN IN TRAINING?

Answers

Generally players are less anxious in practice situations as the psychological demand is less than in a game situation and there is no result to attain. Depending on the players level of sport pychology will also determine this.
