It may have nothing to do with Y2K, but Washington Mutuals Computers have been down for a long time here in Southern California. Anywhere else? I have a feeling they are WAY WAY behind on compliancy since they have bee so busy buying out smaller banks.

WaMu has taken over S. California...spooky, like some alien invasion but worse...the mother ship must be hidden somewhere in a high orbit, sending down all those creepy scout/recon ships that look like WaMu bank buildings. :-)
