Answers

People picking their noses, especially when they're in a car and waiting at traffic lights. Also guys out with their girlfriends who are more interested in their snot than what their companion is saying.

People who let their kids pee in public if the kid is obviously old enough to use a toilet (or to at least go out of sight behind a tree or something). If it's an 18mo it's cute. It's not cute when it's a 5yo.
