One of the legal receiver of property zakat is the person who is in debt. My question in particular: My brother is on debt right now (Mortgage debt). Can I get him my property zakat to him to reduced/finish the mortgage debt? If not...as I believe, prophet said " you family/relative member have more right on your zakat than anybody else". Please advice.
