I am figuring an ADA mod for an old 50's model Otis. I need to make the car and hall call buttons light when pressed. The call relays are the old 3-legged coils (Z-8) and contacts cannot be added. I have been referred to Electrodyn's CR board which requires no additional wiring. Anyone have any experience with this? Roger Shumate Local 80 IUEC

Roger,

I've used the Electrodyne board once and it seemed to work pretty well.

I have also added diodes in the hook switch circuit to feed the car button lights. Works OK on a simplex, gets pretty involved w/ a duplex.
