My allstate insurance bill came and arrived a few weeks ago. I recieve the premier plus discount, cause my driving record is clean over the last 5 years.

Well today, I recieve an update to my policy and they letter informed me that my coverage had been changed. Well the premium plus coverage was removed, and my policy now cost me %20 more.

I called and was told that this was happening all over the place, because the database was having difficulties and she said that she would fax some form to the head office.

Didn't I read something about a year or so ago about Allstate placing a massive order for AS400s? IIRC, it was so massive that they absorbed IBM's entire output for months.
