that dish and the 70s movie that complements it

Okay, so I've told you about my terrible turkey trauma. And, if you've been reading, you know I like really bad (and good) movies from the 70s. So tell me, what can you just not cook well no matter how hard you try, and what 70s (or 80s) movie would be perfect accompaniment?

Here's another one: American Werewolf in London (1981) and fried eggs.

Anything with fish in it...you never get all of the scales off and inevitably bite into something crunchy when you least expect it...plus, it's either so overdone it has the consistency of wood pulp, or so underdone you can taste the algae. The defining moment of perfectly done fish is about as slippery as a catfish in a mud puddle. To be viewed only with "Jaws", no sequels allowed!
