Try contacting your local board of realtors AND make a complaint with the Real Estate commission. I'm sure you'll get a reply.

and then what..the broker lies..the manager covers his butt and you are stuck with the problem because the board and the state do NOT do a full investigation and only accept the response of the licensee.
