I agree. It clearly gives a favorable picture of I-695. Also gives the movement NATIONAL exposure. Hopefully it will spread the word both within and beyond the state.

Misleading reference, though. "Prop 13 of the North"? They are not much alike in scope, detail, mechanism, clarity, purpose, consistency, provision for inflation, etc. etc
