Does anyone remember reading an article about a man that defected and claimed to be Sudams body double? I think the article was around if not April 6, 1998. If you find this article this maybe very intetesting regarding the West Nile virus and what is happening in Russia and the US. In Russia 500 have died from it to date.

I had heard he has a body double. Are you saying West NIle Virus was spread by Sadam?
