EOS 3's eye select

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Canon EOS FAQ forum : One Thread

Hi, can someone share experience of using EOS 3's eye select with me? I've just bought a EOS 3 and found the eye select don't work with glasses. I tried to contact Canon's repair center but they can't give me solid suggestions. Can someone give me a hand? Thanks!

I can sympathise i am strugeling too,i am also left handed so use the left eye,i dont think this helps,

I works some times but i really have to stare the sensor down during calabration.

Then it dose not work so well in use.

Any one with help i wouls also apreciate,

Thanks Rob

I have vari-focus glasses and use left eye (Right half blind from accident) I don't get exact all the time but in the region I look most of the time. In low light I go back to camera select. I realise it not perfect but better than 3 points in EOS 5 I also have.
