hey gang I have a PC DVD player I need to know what it plays DVD movies in color but, and plays VCD in color on my monitor, but to the TV it is B&W please help, any info is needed...

I could be the format problem. If you TV does support NTSC or Pal, switch it to auto or test on either format. If you TV does not support, get a converter.
