Many thanks to our Canadian friend for putting the major part of the Senate report in a better format. Are the Government and Liability sections to be found this way somewhere also?

I don't think that anyone reformatted the gov. and legal sections. My interests don't lie with the above so someone else would do a better job. Hopefully someone could check it out and reformat it if it is not already around. (Hint email url to and reformat in a html text editor while reading :o)
