They did it again. Both lines dead, about 20 minutes, then both come on again.

We did the "go outside thing" -- grab the .45 (hey, middle of the night, rural setting, both lines dead? it's a no-brainer insurance policy), check the connections, (just so that we could rub their faces in it), then go back inside, and wait for the lines to start working again. Didn't bother to call them on the cellular this time. Waste of time and money.
