I saw the ACL "Moultrie" going north 9/25/99 in purple. What kind of car is this? Is it privately owned?

The "Moultrie" is an ex-ACL 36-seat dining car, built by Pullman-Standard in 1950. It was heading north from the North Carolina Transportation Museum, where it has been residing since June. The Watauga Chapter, NRHS, based in Johnson City, TN ownes and restored the car. It is still a fully functional diner, and can be rented for special events or occassions. Incidentally, all diners in this series on the ACl were named for former AB&C cities and towns.See pages 128-130 in Goolsby's new book.
