I recently bought legal copies of the complete FRIENDS series from Singapore or Malaysia, I forget where. Anyways, like your FAQ said, the bottom portion of the picture is cut-off, I realized this when watching and you can't see all the credits, etc.... My question is: The voices are just a little too fast. They are sped up. Is the faster speed also a problem with PAL being sold to US customers that have DVD compatible players? I would like to know if Warner has made these VCDs in the NTSC format... Any help appreciated... Also don't respond by reply.
