I read Vacca's book. The book seemed overall wordy to me, but the chapter in question is good. It certainly had applicability to Y2K issues.

I suspect there are a great majority of americans who are very spiritual.

It is just extremely difficult to reconcile science,i.e.,evolution,common sense and todays world with Jesus,pharisees,noah,jonah,etc.

As far as Pride, you my friend should look in the mirror. If your reference was to my post then you certainly don't understand. I, as opposed to a pharisee (sp). will fall down on my face 50yds. from my fathers house and -not feel worthy to enter.
