Sometimes I listen to Michael Reagan on talkradio and have heard him poke fun at people prepping for y2k. I sent the following to him and it is posted on his site.

Mike, I don't get to listen to your show as often as I would like, but I enjoy it when I can. Several times I have heard you poke fun at those preparing for Y2K. From what you have said, obviously you don't think it will be more than a "bump in the road", however as one that has done a great deal of research on the subject, I beg to differ. You have a great amount of influence with your audience, and if you are wrong about Y2K, you will have done a great disservice. My suggestion would be to not address the issue at all until you have completed more research. You might consider interviewing some of the people with opposing views in order to let your audience make up it's own mind on this potentially serious subject. Thank you

Mike's response: I have.What happened on 9-9-99?We survived.

What upsets me is not that he's a DGI, but he influences so many people. I wish he would just leave the topic alone. Grrrrrrrrr

Bill--I hear it all the time from talk show hosts: Michael Savage, KSFO San Francisco, Bill Wattenburgh--KGO San Francisco, Rush Limbaugh, and other's that slip my mind. These people are big mouth idiots and when they start talking stupid, I just flip them off. I believe that the wheat and tares have been separated and people have already made up their minds. We are convinced it will be bad, and others are convinced there's nothing to worry about it's no longer our problem, I'm only concerned for myself and family.
