I give it an 8. Tough to dance to, but easy to chew.

Thank you CD, I needed a good laugh like this today...

Of course the flip or "spin side" of this game would be spotting words like "dreaded, optimistic, doomsayers, confident and fears" in mainstream articles.

Bingo!

If it's an 8, it will escalate to a 10! "Gotta love those tinfoils, right Y2K-HO?"

Only the semi-finalists get to play on 12/31, the finals will be held on 1/1/1900 at 9am EST. Stay tuned.

Brave, Bravo, Bravo! A job well done. Thanks for the good laugh, but you may have shown me that I spend way too much time here.

Patrick - Of course the flip or "spin side" of this game would be spotting words like "dreaded, optimistic, doomsayers, confident and fears" in mainstream articles.

How about: substantially, ready, 99% complete, mission-critical, winter storm, survivalist, hoarding, stockpiling, "planes will not fall from the sky", "your money is safe in the bank", "non-safety items", "working hard", "in good shape", panic, "minor inconvenience", "no reason for concern".

Now.. those two versions of the game would be easy. For the challenge round find these words:

100%, compliant, "independently tested and verified", and "end-to-end testing complete. For extra points find them stated by the CEO or lawyer of any large company, or head of any government organization.

How about those radar anomalies and contrails! Great pictures.

I liked that web site.

For a variation on TimeBomb Bingo, see how many of the Bingo words you can use in a single sentence.
