How do you make a VideoCD play automatically when inserted into your CD-ROM drive? What program must be used? Please help :)

I use the Cyberlink PowerPlayer and it will start a vcd when placed in the CD-Rom drive on the computer, it however asks the question and you can opt not to play. Nothing special is required on the VCD to achieve this. The amazing thing to me is that Cyberlink seem to have it wrong as it treats every CD as a VCD. Despite that it is still better than "opening a file" or making a play list.
