Although I can't directly help, try the KEYSTONE CROSSINGS website at http://kc.pennsyrr.com The site itself may have the info you want and it also tells you how to join a PRR list serve which has been very good about answering this sort of question. I believe past list postings have been archived and can be searched. Hope this helps!
