Taiwan declares bank holiday due to Y2K...

At work last night - I read on my pager at about 0300 (get CNN headline news through the pager) - on the business update that Taiwan has announced that it will implement a bank holiday on December 31 due to the Y2K bug. The report also indicated that they were going to shut down trading markets begining Decemebr 27th. I just walked in and have not been able to run a search - anyone out there pick up this story yet? I'd be interested in seeing full details.
