Y2K preparedness section in Sundays Sun-Sentinel

The Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel ran a Y2K preparedness section in Sundays paper. No new information, what was more surprising was that while they tried to cover a lot of information, not one word about oil supplies. They did however recomend a 2 week to 1 month supply of food. Better then nothing I guess......

Don't you know, VCR's and microwaves are more important than oil.

I bet its hard to get people in Ft Lauderdale to prepare for a 2-3 day WINTER storm!!

Is anyone else noticing how the "prepare for 2-3 days" is inching up?

2-3 Koskinin

10 day self-sustaining emergency Mississippi State Auditor

and now 2 week to 1 month.

its almost too late!
