Y2K Mike: I watched it at 3 AM this morning(couldn't sleep). Gerry Cauley(NERC) said all the predictable things you would expect of Kosky. Don't worry, 98% of all electrical utilities are ready! Of more interest to me was his statement that NERC was trying to pass legislation through Congress to impower them to insure the utilities maintained an adequate level of delvery capability. Kinda like the Justice Dept. investigating itself.
