I never asked my bank about their compliance. Or any utilities, either . What's the point of asking?What the hell are they going to say?
And even if they were, in fact, 100% compliant -- So what? What difference would it make? Banks don't function in a vacuum.
Bank statements about compliance are just irrelevant.
