I was reading the text and it does not talk specifically about trucks. Are 3/4 ton and 1 ton pickups going to get the $30 rate? Thanks, Matt

The excise tax on your pickup will be eliminated by I-695. However Currently you pay an excise tax and a licensing fee to license your pickup. The excise tax will go away when I-695 is approved.

Your pickup will continue to be licensed by weight. A 4000 lb pickup will license for $37/yr and a 6000 lb pickup will license for $44/yr.

The weight tables go all the way to 105,000 pounds for the 18 wheelers. The highest license fee is $2883/yr. But don't forget the excise tax goes away. Look at the "other" part of your registration to see what you will pay.
