It looks like the national media is finally starting to take notice of this issue. I saw today that PBS will be running an hour long program called "Millennium Factor: The Truth About Y2K" this month.

Our PBS guide says it is NETA supported and is available for free for schools and educators to tape. Maybe this thing will get seen in some school board/town hall meetings and get folks to pay more attention to Y2K.

The Millennium Factor is a documentary which features Dr. Robert Alloway, who worked with Rep. Horn with the "Y2K Report Cards" and with the OMB. Word-of-mouth on it was good. Haven't seen it myself, but glad it's getting shown somewhere.

Mercy sakes, PBS has gone Doomer! Quick, someone go straighten them out. Don't they know preparedness is for kooks? 8-}]
