Could someone help me? about 3 days ago someone quoted something on a thread that I now wish to quote, but I don't remember which thread it was on.

It was from a Priest in Germany during WW II. It went something like, I said nothing when they came for the Jews and I said nothing when they came for others, when they came for me -- no one was left to speak for me.

I believe there is more to this, but here is what I remember: They came for the communists and I said nothing, because I wasn't a communist. They came for the homosexuals and I said nothing, because I wasn't a homosexual. They came for the Jews and I said nothing, because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak for me (something like that, anyway...)

The very same thing is happening in the world today. With every law congress passes on liberties(gun cont.), education(goals 2000), international laws(they have no jurisdiction). The masses seem to mull along never sensing what they've missed, not realizing what has transpased.

R. Wright. I'm concerned with every point you've just made. Are there enough of us? Yes. Are they 'bunched up' into the 'Extremist, Nutso, Future Terrorists of America' category? Yes. Most effectively.

At what point did the *word* militia, become synonomous with hate, mentally disturbed, terrorist, paranoid, dangerous, ignorant, hillbilly, etc. There was once a time the word militia, was synonomous with Patriot, protection, bravery, watchful, duty, honor, commitment, etc.

Society has banned the mere mention of the 'word' due to 'shepard spin'. Go with the flow, grin with the spin, graze with the rest or we won't let you in. That's just how sheeple operate, don't be a black one, or the shepard may cut you from the flock! The white sheep will part, like the Red Sea, and surround the 'outsiders', all the while bleeting away to warn the shepard out of fear they may be mistaken as such. They don't want protection, they do NOT want to think for themselves, they simply want to continue grazing in peace and will dutifully follow the shepard straight to the slaughter house. Have you noticed how any comments made by a black sheep are usually met with an immediate 'surround' of white sheep bleeting? Where are the black sheep? How many are there? Are we the only ones? Are we alone? Nope. They're hidden from sight, some of them have formed their own flocks. I'm sure we'll live to see them, Y2K or not. It should be interesting.
