It seems to me that all the bigwigs are making money out of Joe Public. Not meaning to sound mercenary, but how can we take advantage of an already failed situation? I.E How do we come in from the other end to buy a repossessed house from the lenders and make a saving ourselves? Surely this will enable us to be in a stronger position financialy on the property, preventing the same thing happening to us. There must be a way of finding these properties. Rgds J.P
