Haken, I think your images are nice but IMHO, I feel you might think about using fill-flash to get some detail where there is none and try a different film as this film you use does not seem to make colors pop. Even the grays/tans here could look better here

Thank you Jeff for your views on the picture. But can you please explain what IMHO means, english is not my native language.

And about fill-flash, I never (or almost never) use a fill-flash because in this case its not my intension to show what an elephant look like, everybody knows that. I think the shadows on the head would disappear with a flash and I don't want that. And I think that a flash creates an unnatural light coming straight at an animal and not from above.

IMHO, this is a unique image, I would not change anything.

Hakan, At first I thought the same thing about fill flash -- that you should use it to get rid of the shadows. After reading your response and reconsidering, I decided that I kind of like the interplay of the shadows, but I still think you should use a little fill flash to open them up a tiny bit. This will be almost undetectable, and right now they are just a little too harsh IMHO (=In My Humble Opinion).

Very cool. Nice use of several graphic design techniques.

Don't change a thing (in my opinion).
