While home in Ravenel SC this past weekend, I saw a CSX/CR business car "special" powered by 2 F40PH locomotives in fresh CSX paint. I think they were numbered in the 9000 series. Anyone have info on these locomotives? i.e. when and how many were purchased?

CSX Transportation has added units 9992 and 9993 to its locomotive roster, former Amtrak F40PH's 390 and 395. They will be used in business train service.
