We (meaning everybody) are screwed up sir.

Adequate for the occasion which you have helped to bring about, is a rather obscure Italian saying which goes something like this:

"Quando i pesci si trovano infarinatti si dicono: siamo fritti"

(Translation: "When fish find out that they are 'floured' they cry out loud "we are fried!!" Yyyiikes !!)

Risperdane is bad news! Bad, bad, bad. So is thorazine, although not as debilitating. Using those drugs as sigs is creepy.

Fact: Everybody is working on the problem. I didn't say when when they got started, how far along they are, just everybody is working on the problem. Maybe alot are just beginning the awareness phase.

Fact: We are told that they have made important progress. note: no definition of the terms "important" or "progress" are given

Chuck, communications with banks. You can't get more end to end than that. How 'bout the logistics test; pretty much end-end when you consider 44 systems, 1000 people in 22 locations.
