A photograph of 1000 white vehicles located at a prison facility in Texas can be seen at the Sightings website. Obviously these will be sent to Antartica and the U N designations on the doors doesn't mean

anything. Just another conspiracy report. What if these vehicles will be used by United Nations personnel to control United States Citizens? Some have prisoner cages on them. Cool it people. Y2k is fixed didn't you hear? The photographs and a discussion of this can be seen at http://sightings.com .

Ray: We have tried to find your http://sightings.com and several variations and cannot locate it. Can you help?

White is for camoflage in Antarctica. Actually they are for the war against the aliens who have secret bases in the inner earth accessed through the south pole. After all, what else could they be used for?

They're for the Eskimo volleyball team which is starting a continental tour.

They are for use by Mr. Clean's army of crazed, cybernetically-challenged Charbuck's addicts, who soon will thunder out to all points of the compass to subdue the raving horde.

Well, at least these photos can't be dismissed as old news making the rounds on the net. They are what they are. Now, to get verification of this place being a prison facility in Texas (federal??) would be verrrryyyy interesting, indeed. Can anyone go have a looksee?

-- OR (orwelliator@biosys.net), August 01, 1999.

The great thing is that it's pretty easy to verify.

I think I'll start with calling the prison on Monday, follow that up with a call to Rep. Ron Paul's office in Texas and see what they have to say.

Mostly, I'm looking forward to pix of the insides to see if the vans really have cages and handcuffs installed. "U.S. Police Force" was a term that came up years ago in Milita discussions regarding disbandment of all local police and institution of a new Federal force....

http://www.alltexas.net/news/bastrop.html

"Rumors have been floating in the area for months about a fleet of suspicious vehicles being outfitted with prisoner cages, shackles and insignia such as U.S. Police Force and the U.N. roundel. None of the vehicles observed in the storage area appeared to have any markings at all other than window stickers with equipment data.

However, prison officials did confirm that the SUVs and vans were in fact being outfitted with prisoner cages and shackles. When pressed for information on the intended users of these vehicles, a prison spokesman said they were intended for the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

However, vehicles assigned to the INS are predominantly painted green and those assigned to the Border Patrol are usually the same. The suitability of a high-visibility color such as white for either agency is in question. Large, white vehicles can be seen approaching from miles away.

This $30 million fleet of unused government vehicles has been steadily growing, but has not been deployed. It seems the vehicles keep coming in, but none go out to user agencies. This field-full of top-of-the-line utility vehicles, bought with taxpayer dollars, is sitting idle, soaking up Texas sun.

The site is located a few miles North of the city of Bastrop on U.S. Prison property. The high-security prison itself takes up the Southern part of the property. The area where the vehicles reside is fenced-off from the public road with no more precaution than a farmer might use to keep his cattle from straying. The unguarded entrance warns that the area is U.S. Prison property and trespassing is prohibited. Another sign strangley warns of Poison Gas.

Okay, sounds like it would be fairly simple to get verification. So, who's gonna go take a looksee and report back?????

Ray, Jeff Rense's 'Sightings' Board has stimulated a lot of interest in me and at times, has left me with the bizarre feeling that jeez, some of the authors of these stories can't possibly believe what they are writing. In any case, I go there often and there is some y2k info as well:

www.sightings.com

As for the white UN vehicles, I've seen these pictures as far back as 1997. Either they are still here or someone just keeps republishing the pics with new stories. When they first hit the net, they were purported to be the truth that the 'New World Order' was setting up shop on US shores and that the UN would be the 'peacekeeping' force. I even remember the mention that Denver's new airport would act as a detention area for those who wanted to fight this new area.

I read this folks.....and that doesn't mean I believe it.

-- Bad Company (johnny@shootingstar.com), August 01, 1999.

"or someone just keeps republishing the pics with new stories." Sorry pal, but you have not seen *these* pictures before. They do not have UN insignia on them, so this is not the run-of-the-mill UN jibe story.

But, dontcha think it's curious that so very many white vehicles are parked in one area that is supposedly a U.S. prison facility? It does beg answers, answers that may not fit into your version of reality. Then again, there could be a plausible answer to this curiosity. We will see. Just don't write it off as something you've already seen on the net, cuz you haven't.

-- OR (orwelliator@biosys.net), August 01, 1999.

Gee, ---- Someone in Texas should just ask George W Bush about these white vehicles. He's the governor of Texas, he would know, and he wouldn"t lie to us. LOL

-- thinkIcan (thinkIcan@make.it), August 01, 1999.

Hey Ray,

It's obviously just new postal delivery vans for when the USPS goes up the swannee - they'll need all the help they can get!!!

-- Andy (2000EOD@prodigy.net), August 02, 1999.

OR, you're correct. I checked out these pictures and the old ones and they are not the same. It does make me wonder why this is all going on, bud, but the old answers...like....'well, we build them here and then ship them in bulk'...would probably be the government's retort.

Let's see. These vehicles. 'Holding areas' being built. Maneuvers by guardsmen. Spraying via chemtrails in the sky.

Is it all adding up?

-- Bad Company (johnny@shootingstar.com), August 02, 1999.

Last time I saw that many government-owned vehicles stockpiled in one place was in 1985 at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

These photographs remind me of that facility. BUT: I think that the fact that these vehicles are on Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) property gives a clue as to the ownership of the vehicles: BOP.

Perhaps it's simply a matter getting their new vehicles delivered at one place for them to equip the vehicles before delivery to various locations. It would make more sense for me rather than having to try and install radios, lights and prisoner restraint systems in new vehicles at each individual prison location.

That is the system which the various military branches use. New vehicles are set-up and delivered from vehicle depots rather than the government paying to have the vehicle set-up by outside contractors.

Okay, Wildweasel, I'll buy part of your theory, however it does not explain why all of these vehicles are white...I don't buy the theory that they are all going to be re-painted aftermarket when they can be ordered in the proper color so easily (most gov vehicles are purchased through Ford or Chevrolet who are most accomodating when an order that big comes in). I know of no federal authority that uses white SUV's VAN's and PICKUPS. Perhaps you do, and will shed some light on that for us???

-- OR (orwelliator@biosys.net), August 02, 1999.

The only Federal Prisons I've seen have been the ones at Edwards AFB (CA), Eglin AFB (FL) and Ft Dix (NJ). Eglin AFB and Ft Dix were medium security facilities, with the prisoners kept locked behind more razor wire than the average nuclear weapons storage facility uses. Edwards AFB (actually just off-base at Boron, CA was a minimum security facility and the prisoners were used for landscaping activities at Edwards AFB and George AFB.

Unmarked white vehicles were the norm at all places. Pickups were seen used for run-about work. Vans were obviously equipped prisoner transport by having cages in them. SUVs were used for perimeter patrol work. And at Edwards and George, the prisoners arrived for work aboard unmarked white school buses on most days. On days when that bus was broken they would ride a blue Air Force bus and complain about how much hotter the dark colored vehicle was.

only "BOB" can show you the way to true slack and teach you how to smite the conspiracy

-- PRAISE "BOB"!!! (rev ganja man@subgenious.com), August 02, 1999.

UPDATE From Ted Jones Jr 8-2-99 I am an employee of the INS and state that your information is wrong. The color of most "marked" INS vehicles is white. That is the way they are "issued" to most Districts and Border Patrol Sectors. Any markings are "usually" applied at the local level. Border Patrol vehicles are white with a green stripe and usually have tinted windows. Or they are just plain white with no markings, usually in the interior of the US. All transport vehicles will have a cage in it. Not to keep the aliens in, but more to protect the transporting personnel. In my time with INS I have yet to see a vehicle with shackles in it. By law we are prohibited from securing aliens to vehicles. I would assume that the white vehicles on the prison property in Texas are for our future use. The Border Patrol is ever increasing in an effort to "finally" secure the southern border. Detention Officers and Border Patrol currently use V-10 Ford vans, Tahoes, Yukons, Explorers, Expeditions and S-10 Blazers. Any questions or arguments. My e mail: tedthefed@hotmail.com Thanks for the time. P.S. White vehicles with UN markings and/or Military Police are another story. I frown upon the suspected use of these vehicles and I will fight to the death to inhibit UN forces actively pursuing UN/Martial law goals within the US.

--------- Date: 8-2-99 From: (on file) Subject: Bastrop vehicles A friend who is a former employee of the Federal Prison System tells me that Bastrop and Terre Haute have government contracts for inmates to re-fit the inside of prison transfer vans...all federal prison vans and possibly other agenies such as Immigration send their vans there to be modified.
