Welcome to the new look BugNetwork, the live and interactive conference site dedicated to Y2K problems, solutions and developments.

Over the summer break the site has been revamped and will now feature twice weekly live discussions with leading industry figures, starting Tuesday 3rd August and will run right up to the turn of the Century.

Ron Bell, HSE, will be the first to feature on Tuesday 3rd August at 1pm. Bell is manager of the Electrical and Control Systems Unit of HSE's Technology Division. He is responsible for the provision of specialist technical guidance and advice on the safety issues concerning electrical and control systems engineering. During the live discussion, Bell will be outlining the role of HSE in Y2K, the guidance and contributions made by the Unit and the results of their investigations and surveys.

On Thursday 5th August at 1pm, Ben Skelton, planning manager for Action 2000 will be in the hot seat. Skelton has conducted a wide range of qualitative and quantitative studies for numerous blue chip organisations and Government departments. He runs all of Action 2000's research studies and is author of the State of the Nation and recently released FTSE 500 report. On 5th August, Skelton will guide audiences through the approach, questions and responses he has gathered and interpret some of the results.
