Has anyone else seen a RR positioning Generators to provide power to turn or lift their bridges over waterways??

I've seen CSX place large gensets.....anybody else?? thanks,

A brand new, HUGE generator was installed in one of the railyards we regularly pass. It is in the section of the yard where they do the fueling. Hmmm....
