I almost missed this announcement written in fine print on my credit card statement:

What kind of a VAGUE statement could this be? What do they mean to convey?

The statement is meant to convey a soothing, calming, Pepto-Bismol effect into your mind, such that you will not be tempted to go get your money out of the bank.
