Just wondering if anyone knows if the info posted below by Mad Monk, from a Drudge Report article about Clinton's latest proposal for some type of FBI computer monitoring system, etc. etc. and the press release on the www.senate.gov site dated 07/26/99 entitled "Committee Hearing Will Investigate Spending $40 Million Y2k Info Coordination Center-also cyber terrorism and information warfare" are talking about the same thing? Just confused here I guess.
