"The Company's business is dependent upon certain domestic and foreign governmental organizations or entities such as the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA") that provide essential aviation industry infrastructure. There can be no assurance that the systems of such third parties on which the Company's business relies will be modified on a timely basis."

While these statements seem more realistic (to us), they are simply lawyer talk for don't blame us. I'd be careful about reading between the lines (or reading the lines) on these 10-Qs. Just MHO.
