I have been reading the posts about canning butter and found this informative site. http://www.pleasanthillgrain.com/ They also carry dried butter and chedder cheese. I have not tried these products as yet, but am thinking of placing an order just to check them out. Penda Zone

I bought corn, soybeans, and the country living mill from Gary Hanson at Pleasant Hill Grain -very satisfied with the prices, service,etc - shipment was right away. I would recommend them. There were(as I recall) several of the regular posters on the classic TB2000 forum that actually visited the farm in Neb.

I have also done business with Pleasant Hill Grain, and found them to have great customer service. I did purchase the butter and cheese powder (these products have not been easy to find!). I thought they would be a good item to go along with pasta and keep food tasting more interesting.
