Hi,

I need to copy Indian songs from a VCD to a VCR (video tape). I do not have a VCD player. Could I use my P2 computer to do the copying? Do I need to purchase any new hardware or software to do the job?

You may receive more than 1 answer for this, but this is what I do... I have a video capture card that has a 'video out' connector. I take the video out and plug it into a vcr, which is in turn plugged in to a TV. I simply play the video full screen and record on the vcr simultaneously. You do lose a little video quality doing it this way though(you have to play around with your display settings/size). I use the ATI All in Wonder Pro 8Mb AGP video card. It runs around 120 US dollars. Let me know if you have any more questions.
