Hey Flame,

The pollys will probably say that the luggage bug just proves that they are working seriously on the problem. After all, we have almost a whole six months until the rollover. I think that it is a precursor of things to come. No end-to-end testing has been done. Remember that old refrain:

We will be finished by December 31, 1998 and have a whole year for testing.

We are seeing just how much testing they have done.
