87, 66, what the hey?  It's just numbers, 79, 88, 93.  98, 95, 90+, don't get picky, Drac, it's how you feel about the numbers that counts.

Kosky's got a nice suit, he holds a brisk meeting and uses a firm and decisive voice when addressing the troops; the men really appreciate that, it does wonders for their moral.

Evans uses words like metrics (whatever that is.)  He has a nice suit and goodness, he's tall too.  What more do you want from a leader.

A winning style, yes, I see it now.

The sewage, Drac, they didn't flood the streets with sewage.  That's what I call a success.  Any time you run a Y2K test and don't flood a park with sewage or lock a Mayor in an elevator, yippeee, we bad.

Here it is, Harlan, a piece of the puzzle.  The most prepared county in the U.S.  I can't make up stuff this funny.  What baffoons.  No wait, I have pals who live and work there.  Oh nooooooo.  The jokes on me.
