Link to MinnesotaSmith website

I have seen a few posts by MinnesotaSmith on this forum and North and he invites people to visit his website but does not give a hot link only his www. address. I have always passed it by but tonight I went to a search and found his site. He has always put a caveat in his posts that his site contains some commercial character....and there is an offering of his y2k services for a fee....but it is a quality y2k site that at once covers the big picture with a lot of practical info on many subjects. After a year plus of being "tuned in to y2k" I still find some new "jewels of wisdom".

So if you have the time give it a visit....LINK

Once upon a time in a galaxy far far away the Yourdon forum had the best y2k info on the web.

Thanks Brian...Your forum search is great and will help many people in the next few months. I have a few posts in there made over the past 14 months. I want to get posting out of my system and like Gen. McA just fade away. I will continue to read the forums... (My name is ron and I am an addict) but I think it's time to get into the "low-profile" mode.

I see the altercations/battles looming between the pollys and the doomers in every walk of life. I see the broken cue sticks and beer bottles in every biker & cowboy bar......I see the food fights on campus.....I see the bent-up wheelchairs in the nursing homes. Oh the horror of it....the humanity.

Thank you for your keen observations about my website, RB. (I swear I don't know him, folks, but I think I'd like to). There are 2 more articles not yet posted to my site that I posted to Yourdon's forums a few days ago. Go to Survivalist Issues, and scroll 25 or so down (at this writing). It's 2 items under a long, all-capitals post "THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOU PERSONAL Y2K PREPS". My post is entitled, "New Y2K Articles Not Yet Published". Hope someone finds some use in these bits and pieces. Yours in preparation, MinnesotaSmith www.y2ksafeminnesota.com
