Critt -- Cool. On the bookmark list already. Here is a good one:

"John Koskinen, the Federal Y2K czar (again): "Businesses and government agencies that are projecting system completion dates late this year have limited flexibility for unexpected delays."

Uh, yupper. That was, as I recall, the reason why everyone was gonna be ready for a full-year of testing on Dec. 31, 1998, as I recall? But then, my memory is dim.
