Hello Jon, My advice to you is to simply lift heavier using no more than six reps per excersise. Eight to ten for squats and calves. Reading always helps me to relax. Read so that you can give your body a chance to rest. I do not believe in taking too many days off from training. My friend, just released for prison has gain tremendous size during the last few months of his incarceration. He told me all he did was train and read every day.

What I do is eat every 3hrs. , eat a good breakfast, then 3hrs. later drink a weightgaining drink , then 3hrs. later eat a high protein high carb lunch , then 3hrs. later , drink a weightgaining drink , then 3hrs. later eat dinner , then right before bed drink another weightgaining drink. I put on 30lbs. in just 3 to 4 months.

So, you eat.eat.eat and eat! I know, but you don't have to work? then where is your money to support you to buy this food? steal? rob? eating every 3 hours does not sound realistic for someone who has a real job especially a real serious job!

Dont forget to flood yourself with water everyday aswell, I drink about 4 litres a day. I have a similar problem with mass building because my metabolism is so fast that I have to eat like a maniac, but any muscle I put on is real lean. I am eating about 180g of Protein a day.

I suppose you cant have it both ways.
