Not bad...not bad...however, if I were you, before handing them out to anyone I'd look at the statement , "Citizens should take steps to prepare for Y2K-- just as they would for any emergency situation, such as power outages, storms or other circumstances in which the normal operations of a *home* may be disrupted." Scratch out *home* and put *world* in it's place. NOW it's ready for "hand-outs".
