Sooooo, then what are YOU still doing here? Don't you have better places to spend your time? You like slumming or what? (hint: it's still numero uno in our book)

Leprosy tends to do that....

Customer Service?

You discredit yourself in your handle. Not to put another torpedo in your Bismark but, who at this site gives a shit what polly sites think of us? Wake up "Comatos Service" and go home. You need the rest.

Sorry Diane, still abit pissed.

Just proves how far down the list you have to go to find some INTELLIGENCE!

Karen is obviously Mutha Nachu. Nice try, Mutha.

So, who cares? Probably not even Ed.

Did notice at my local bookstore that ALL Y2K books were moved to back shelves several weeks ago, we discussed this loss of interest on previous threads.

Well, at "Narnes & Bobles" last night, they had a huge display of Y2k books, in close proximity to their camping books.

-- Wilferd (WilferdW@aol.com), June 16, 1999.

Wilferd,

That's interesting about B&N display. When I first found out about Y2k and made the GI "connection" I went to B&N and some other big outlets to search the camping/ourdoor living, section for tips on food storage and cooking with fire, etc. Maybe they are getting a lot of questions that tie these things together.

the barnes and noble near my home has a y2k table and the table is set up near all the shelves of computer books.

-- jocelyne slough (jonslough@tln.net), June 16, 1999.

The Barnes & Noble in Burnsville, MN (just south of Minneapolis) has a similiar Y2K book table, too. Some of the books on it are c**p, but TB2000, MilBug, and some also-good others are there too.

Where's this "Official Y2K Bookmark?" I think it must be talking about Ed's site, not this forum. What else would you expect, now that Ed has moved on? <:)=

I guess the Beltway addiction to polls is contagious.

Too bad.

Humm, A web site search of Y2K at Dogpile shows 2,533,760 hits. Maybe 23 ain't too bad... <:)=
