So the next seven months are the brainstorming time for the programmers to come up with the best anti-virus before the real virus (es) hit. Like the article said, in order to deal with a virus you have to acknowledge it's existance and if your acknowledging a virus it's probably already too late. I know I'm Y2K OK here at my mainframe dungeon but I didn't take into account the numerous other nasty things those Jihad guys have planned as sort of new year's eve bash for America. What to do, what to do...

I don't know, more than a few mid east terrorists have publicly announced their intentions of wiping the infidels (Americans) off the face of Allah's green Earth. You'd have to have mush for brains not to remember how many people we have pissed off. I think 1/1/00 will be a great time for the terrorists to live up their name. I mean everyone is already so scared the planning would be genius. In this day and age why worry and sweat over SCUD missiles when you can just bribe a pack of disguntled hackers to whip up some really clever computer bugs. Not that there probably won't be a few SCUD missiles here and there but it's a whole new age of cyber-terrorism we have entered upon. I hope we wise up to the dark side of this technological beast we've created, and hopefully sooner than later.
